The manufacturing unit is spread across 40,000 sq. ft. and has capacity of 400MT/ month. The unit includes a well equipped laboratory and follows a stringent quality policy. Printing is done on latest high speed machines with automatic registration control systems. The unit has :

• 3 Roto-Gravure Printing machines ( max 1300mm width)
  
• 2 Solvent based Lamination machines and one solvent less lamination machine.
  
• 4 High speed slitting machines
• 2 doctoring machines
• 5 Pouching machines
  

The machines are manned by highly dedicated team where each professional is recruited by a rigorous process.

The unit also houses an ink manufacturing division to take care of special shade applications. it also caters to majority of our ink requirements.
